Was driving from Traverse City to Grand Rapids on a Saturday morning. 1 mile before the Cedar Springs exit it lost power. Being the only place open and being a 2013 F-350, I called and spoke with Brandon. He told me to bring it buy and they would see what they could do. It took about 30 mins to get it in and run some tests. It was determined that it would need additional tests and they could do it on Monday sometime. They arranged for a loaner vehicle for me so I could get home. Brandon called Monday morning to tell me I had a broken valve spring, and that they would get a new one in tomorrow. On Tuesday morning, Brandon called and told me the truck was ready for pickup. I was shocked at the fast service.

These guys were great, the price was great, and I appreciate how they went out of their way to help me.

I will look at them again for my next vehicle purchase.
